VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by T Queen Mobile, hereafter referred to as T Queen, in relation to the sale of prepaid eSIMs. These terms are accessible on the T Queen Mobile website (https://www.t-queenmobile.com). Any deviations from these terms will be considered only with an explicit written agreement.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1. eSIM Sales

T Queen Mobile offers prepaid eSIMs for sale. Customers can register and purchase eSIMs through the T Queen Mobile website (https://www.t-queenmobile.com) or the T Queen Mobile App. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (https://stripe.com).

2.2. Registration for T-Queen Mobile Services

To utilize T Queen Mobile services, customers must accept these General Terms and Conditions. Registration requires the provision of specific information, including First Name, Last Name, Address (billing address), and Email address, either directly or through an intermediary such as a service provider (Hotel, Travel Agency etc) via the web browser at https://www.t-queenmobile.com.

2.3. T-Queen Mobile Commitments

T Queen Mobile endeavors to provide quality service to customers. However, T Queen Mobile does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or fault-free services.

2.4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must not engage in actions that are abusive, illegal, fraudulent, or cause impairment or damage to the network while using T-Queen Mobile's Equipment or Services. Failure to comply may result in suspension of service. During suspension, the Customer remains liable to pay all Charges due under this Agreement.

2.5. Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Device compatibility may vary depending on carrier and country of origin. The customer must verify compatibility with the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided during checkout. By confirming device compatibility, customers are accountable for the accuracy of the information provided.

CONTRACT START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION

The service contract between T Queen and the Customer commences upon completing the order on the T Queen Mobile website (https://www.t-queenmobile.com) or via the T Queen Mobile app. Activation of the eSIM and acknowledgment of the Activation Policy are the Customer's responsibility. The contract will terminate if the Customer lacks an active data package or deletes the eSIM from their device.

CHARGES AND PAYMENT

4.1. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods for T Queen Mobile services include Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Credit card transactions are processed and secured by T Queen's payment providers, Stripe (https://stripe.com).

4.2. USAGE CHARGES

4.2.1. All Charges are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

4.2.2. The Customer cannot offset their claims against T Queen's claims, except in cases where the Customer's claims are undisputed or confirmed by final court judgment.

DELIVERY

REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY

Customers have the right to request a refund or replacement of the eSIM if technical issues prevent installation and usage.

6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

6.1.1. Refund requests can be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase if activation becomes impossible after extensive troubleshooting.

6.1.2. Customers must cooperate in resolving issues promptly for a refund to be considered.

6.1.3. No refund will be offered for remaining data after the validity period of the data package expires.

6.1.4. No refund or compensation will be provided for charges unrelated to the Customer's T Queen eSIM account (Refer to section 7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY).

6.1.5. Refunds may be refused in cases of abuse, violation of Terms and Conditions, or fraudulent activity.

6.1.6. Refunds will not be provided once the eSIM is installed.

6.1.7. Disputed charges require notification to T Queen within seven (7) days of invoice receipt (Refer to section 4.2 CHARGES FOR USE in Terms and Conditions).

6.1.8. Refund requests falling outside the above criteria will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Processing fees may apply, and the maximum refund cannot exceed the total amount paid.

6.1.9. REFUNDS PROCESS

To request a refund, contact T Queen Mobile's support team via the Contact Us page or email at [email protected]. The refund policy outlined above will be followed. Depending on the issue, customers may be asked for additional information to support their refund request. Refunds may be issued back to the original payment method. Refund to the original method: It may take up to thirty (30) business days for the refund to reflect on the statement, depending on the bank.

6.2. MODIFICATION

eSIM data packages sold by T Queen Mobile are offered as-is and cannot be further customized or modified based on individual requests after purchase.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

T Queen Mobile is not liable for detriments arising from the service's intermittent availability. T Queen Mobile does not guarantee continuous network availability.
